How the inquiry form works

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, and message. Submitting sends your inquiry through a secure server to the MEGA lead service, where it is stored and an email notification is sent to KD.

Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking. You can also open an optional email draft to review and send yourself. Your entries remain visible in the form; your browser or email application may also retain information according to its own settings.

If you send an email, KD receives the information in your message. Your email provider and KD’s email provider process that message as part of delivering and storing email.

Use and sharing of information

KD uses inquiry details to respond to your questions, discuss service scope and access, prepare a quote, and communicate about work you arrange. Correspondence may also be needed to keep service records, resolve questions, or meet legal obligations.
